From Our Principal
Dear Students and Families,
Welcome to Anthem Christian High School! I want to invite you to join with me as we launch the only Christian high school in Salinas! My name is Janet Thompson, and I have 25 years of experience working in every facet of education, from high school to public school to online learning. I am passionate about helping students have the joy that comes from reaching the maximum version of themselves.
At Anthem High School, we believe education isn’t only about memorizing dates and breaking down equations—it’s about growing into the person that Jesus purposes us to be! Our goal is to help students grow in wisdom, character, and faith so they can step into the real world and impact other people in a deep way. We deliver education in a unique and cutting-edge way that prepares students for a modern world while maintaining one-on-one teaching and all of the best classical tools of education. Our aim is to combine technology with personal mentoring and instruction and collaborative learning with other students to create a small-classroom-size experience that allows all students to discover their unique giftings, learn to challenge themselves, and build life-long friendships.Janet Thompson
